Funds available

The site owner (originally Airvolution, but then its successor companies) will pay to Grantscape each year during the lifetime of the Garlenick wind turbine project the sum of £15,000 (index linked - currently risen to £18,000) for Grantscape to distribute to community groups in the parish of Grampound with Creed, taking advice from the Grampound Community Fund advisory panel.

In addition, Grantscape made available in 2014 only a one-off sum of £50,000.

Applications should be made online via the Grantscape website. 

Application process

All applications for grants must be made online from the Grantscape website  When completing the online forms, applicants can save the application at any stage in the process and then return to it later to continue it. This will help applicants who may find that they need to obtain further information before they complete it.

The funding round for 2023 opened in November 2022 with a leaflet delivered to every household in the parish. The closing date for applications was 15 March 2023. The advisory panel met on 24 April to consider the applications and to make recommendations to Grantscape.
